In This Space

Pauli was right
His conclusion
On exclusion
We cannot reside

In this space

The light
Until a dark comes
So deep
That rips are needed

In the fabric
To let the shine in
Fine and feathered
Twine and tethered

To a rock and a hard place
Neither home
While Atlas shrugged
Prometheus wept

A daily pain
The reminder of the burn
Felt on a mountain pass
A path picked out
