I glance sideways
An oblique sneak peek
I make out curves and turns
Plains of pink and
Savaged lands
Silver threads advancing
Over undulating hills
A sight to behold
To hold
Those folds
Those dark gossamer threads
Residing lightly under arms
Between legs
Across the skin stretched taut
Freckles plot a course
A constellation to find your way by
Coming home
Into my arms
That grasp
And tighten
Comfort in the pressure of
A wanted embrace
Slackened, melting
